LIVE CLASS: The initial thought that arises upon waking is typically a continuation of past worries, but actively directing that first moment sets a receptive stance for the day ahead. This teaching presents a practical Neville Goddard approach to reclaiming your mornings: treating the first minute after waking as an opportunity to set your inner state, establishing a posture of expectation rather than anxiety, handling daily obligations without letting them define your identity, and aligning your nightly state with your morning mindset. You will learn why reactive morning thoughts occur, how a brief four-word mental practice before rising alters your daily posture, why establishing your state precedes outer evidence, and how ending your night with expectation leads to an automatic, welcoming wakefulness. The video includes a simple four-word morning routine designed to replace automatic worry, cultivate quiet composure, and begin your day from a position of completion. For structured guidance on mastering state persistence, self-concept, and living from the state of completion, continue with our 21-day program, Twenty-One Days to Rewire Your Reality.Like this video and subscribe to Gnostic Library for more long-form teachings inspired by Neville Goddard.: : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : This interpretation of Neville Goddard's message comes from my own life experience: I’ve spent 25 years exploring, applying, and living his teachings.
