Episode Details

Baylor Bears’ quarterback situation heats up as Nate Bennett emerges as a real challenger to DJ Lagway’s starting role. Is Baylor’s offense poised for a transformation, or will the defensive line carry the Bears to a bowl berth regardless of who’s under center? Cam Stuart and Drake Toll break down Bennett’s impressive performance, Lagway’s high-risk, high-reward style, and whether Dave Aranda should feel pressure as the season unfolds.

The conversation shifts to Big 12 surprises, with West Virginia Mountaineers climbing the strength-of-record rankings and shaking up playoff predictions. Hot seat talk intensifies: coaches Sonny Dykes (TCU), Scott Satterfield (Cincinnati), and Lance Leipold (Kansas) face scrutiny as their programs struggle to meet expectations. Can Aranda and the Bears shock the conference with an 8-win season, or will quarterback uncertainty derail their momentum? Don’t miss this candid analysis of Baylor’s path and the Big 12 coaching carousel.
