Patrick Clancy is speaking publicly for the first time since the Lindsay Clancy murder trial ended in a mistrial — and he is revealing a major new chapter in his life.

In an emotional 60 Minutes interview, Patrick opened up about Cora, Dawson and Callan, his decision to forgive Lindsay, the devastating toll the tragedy has taken on him, his move to New York City and his relationship with his new wife, Dr. Rachel Danis. Patrick and Rachel also confirmed they are expecting their first child together.

Meanwhile, the Lindsay Clancy case is far from over. Defense attorney Kevin Reddington is asking Judge William Sullivan for a limited investigation into "Juror Doe," the lone holdout in the 11-1 jury split. The defense is seeking juror records and information related to alleged cellphone activity during deliberations as it prepares for another major court hearing on September 29. Reddington has also said he plans to seek dismissal of the case on double-jeopardy grounds.
