S2 #26 Etiquette; For Dog Owners
Description
I wanted to share a bit about what I've learned a lot as a dog owner/co-parent. And I think we should be taught more about dogs, as we come across them every day.
— Much like learning about and being respectful of different people and the various needs and temperaments we come across. (Or maybe taking no notice if they're just nasty and have no desire to change of course!)
In this episode I speak about:
- what I've learned as a dog 'co-parent'/owner
- not taking on unsolicited blame/advice
- how people could help one another and their dogs a bit more
Themes: dog behaviour, pet ownership, wellbeing, parenting
I mention my boyfriend Roly, Mark Groves and Glamour Woof Pet Services.
At the end, I read a poem by Cleo Wade.
