From Pain to Purpose with Dr. Ajay Sawhney

Episode 88 Published 1 day, 11 hours ago
Description
When traditional treatment didn't work, Dr. Ajay Sawhney found a different path forward. Now he's built a practice around identifying the actual source of pain, not just managing it.

In this episode, we explore:

🔸How everyday stress on the nervous system shows up on X-rays now
🔸Why pain is often the last sign of a spinal problem, not the first, and what that means for prevention
🔸 Why he believes team culture and trust are just as critical to patient outcomes as the technology in the treatment room

In this episode of Leaders Creating Rukus we sit down with Dr. Ajay SawhneyDr. Ajay Sawhney is the founder of Divine Spine, with two locations in Yorba Linda and Orange Hills, California. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 2000, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology (Neuroscience emphasis) and a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. His path to chiropractic care was personal: after nine months battling benign positional vertigo and pulsatory tinnitus, and facing surgery as his only remaining option, Dr. Sawhney found relief through corrective spinal care, an experience that inspired him to open Divine Spine and help others get to the root cause of their pain, too. He lives in Southern California with his wife and two children, and spends his free time golfing, cheering on the Lakers, and traveling.Tune in to hear how a marble table, a plane ticket to Canada, and a leap of faith led to a practice built on data, trust, and real results.
