Episode Details

The international break opens with an injury update, and most of it is bad. Frank Lampard told CoventryLive's Andy Turner that Aurèle Amenda's calf problem is more severe than hoped, with a minimum of two months expected and possibly up to three, which would put the summer signing out until around Christmas. Better news on Milan van Ewijk, whose hamstring issue is not serious and who Lampard hopes will be back once the league resumes. Kaine Kesler-Hayden and Luke Woolfenden are also due back after the break, while Haji Wright is not expected until the end of October or early November. Plus the run of fixtures out of the break, from the club's own listings: Newcastle United at home on Monday 12 October, Tottenham Hotspur away on Monday 19 October and Fulham at home on Saturday 24 October. Play Up, Sky Blues!
