If I had to start an online coaching business from $0 and build it to $1M a month again, I wouldn’t try to do everything at once. I’d focus on getting the right things working first, then change what I’m focusing on as the business grows. Because what gets you from $10K to $100K a month is very different from what you need when you’re doing $500K or $1M a month. At some point it stops being about getting more sales and starts becoming about your team, your numbers, your backend, your infrastructure and whether you’ve actually built something that can run without everything depending on you. I’ve been through all of those stages myself, so in this episode I’m going to walk you through exactly how I’d approach it if I had to do it all again.
