After a huge dinner in the Grimy Grotto, Grumblegut, Trolla and Snotbeard are left with one tiny problem: the dirty dishes. They could wash them straight away... but instead they all decide to do it tomorrow.
In this funny kids story podcast, tomorrow keeps getting pushed further and further away:
- 🍲 They eat soup from an old skull.
- 🥾 They drink from a boot with a sock still inside.
- 🛡️ They use rusty shields as dinner plates.
- 🍽️ And the dirty dishes keep piling higher and higher.
Soon the mess starts moving, breathing and even throwing plates! The Terrible Trio has accidentally created a giant Dish Beast made from mould, grease, old food and weeks of dirty dishes.
When Wizzlethorp arrives, fighting the monster does not work. The only way to defeat it is the one thing the Trio kept avoiding: cleaning up. With buckets, brushes, soap and a lot of scrubbing, they finally destroy the Dish Beast.
The friends learn that putting off a small job can turn it into a much bigger problem. Sometimes the easiest thing is simply to do it now.
