63-year-old Greg O'Neill was killed by a suspected 5m great white shark while swimming with a friend just metres offshore at Sorrento Beach, Western Australia. Family and friends gathered at the beach to pay tribute to the devoted father and husband, describing him as a generous, witty ocean lover and passionate swimmer.
