Stop Chasing, Start Embodying With Aiden Domic on Breathwork, Mindset & Building an Identity That Lasts

Episode 308 Published 2 weeks ago
Description

Most people spend their whole lives chasing something — the goal, the result, the version of themselves they think they're supposed to be. Aiden Domic reckons that's exactly why they burn out. This week we sit down with the Melbourne performance coach, breathwork instructor and founder of the 1 Million Minds mission to talk about the difference between doing and embodying, why you can't fake becoming someone, and how breath is the most underused tool most high performers own.

Aiden works with athletes, executives and people chasing an edge through neurodynamic breathwork, mindfulness and intention-setting. He's the breathwork instructor at Pando Society in Elwood, runs corporate wellbeing programs through Connected Minds, and is building Breathe Festivals and 1 Million Minds — a mission to fill stadiums around the world for mental health.

In this episode, we cover:

Why "signal or amplifier" might be the most important question you ever ask yourself

The difference between faking it and actually becoming the person who can do it

How to breathe your way back to a calm nervous system in under a minute

Processing emotions vs skipping them vs getting stuck in them — and why all three trip people up

Backing yourself when nobody else has caught up to the vision yet

The 1 Million Minds mission and what it takes to fill stadiums for mental health
