The Henry and Stark County Health Departments and First Choice Healthcare Clinics are bringing their “12 Communities, 12 Months” outreach event to Annawan today. Residents can stop by the Purple Onion Restaurant at 311 West Front Street from 10 until noon for free blood pressure checks, health information, giveaways, medication disposal, and help from a Get Covered Illinois Insurance Navigator.

The Health Department says the goal is to bring services directly into local communities and help residents connect with care.
