The Good Medicine Confluence returns October 12–15, 2026, at the breathtaking Ghost Ranch in New Mexico. 

In this special episode, I'm joined by cofounder Jesse Wolf Hardin to explore what makes this gathering so much more than an ordinary herbal conference.

Now in its 18th year, the Confluence brings together herbalists, healers, teachers, makers and plant lovers from around the world.

This year's gathering features more than 120 classes led by 50 teachers, along with plant walks, a tea tent, botanical meads, a healers market and the Plants & Fairies Masquerade Ball.

Jesse also shares the history of the gathering, why its name has evolved over the years and the deeper meaning of "good medicine"—not simply something we carry in bottles or pouches, but something we embody through our lives and work.
