Danzig Threw Emmure's Singer Off The Stage, New Pepper Keenan Album Coming
Description
Emmure frontman Frankie Palmeri says Glenn Danzig's security removed him from the side of the stage at Louder Than Life in Louisville and took his access pass, after he attempted to strike up a conversation while watching Pantera perform. Palmeri responded publicly and did not hold back.
Also on this episode: Pepper Keenan of Corrosion of Conformity and Down confirms he's working on the first solo album of his career — 36 years after joining COC — telling the We Wreck Records podcast he's "pulling out all the stops on this sucker," and revealing he's been saving songs for years waiting until he got older. Buried in the same story: Down will release a new studio album, Volume V, in November — their first full-length in over a decade, landing the same month they headline the Great NOLA Trendkill festival in New Orleans. And Gene Simmons will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at the IEBA 2026 Honors & Awards Ceremony on October 6 at The Pinnacle Nashville, from the trade body representing 2,200 talent buyers, promoters and venue executives.
