A diagnosis of cancer changes how people think about their health, their future, and their everyday lives. For people diagnosed with blood cancers such as Waldenström macroglobulinemia or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), the path from diagnosis through treatment and remission can bring both relief and ongoing uncertainty.

In this episode of the Everyone Dies podcast, we talk with Karen Wolfe, a nurse practitioner about what it means to live after a lymphoma diagnosis, including the experience of receiving treatment with R-CHOP chemotherapy and transitioning into remission.

For many cancer survivors, completing treatment does not mean leaving cancer completely behind. Follow-up appointments, scans, changes in the body, and concerns about recurrence can become part of a new reality. Many survivors describe learning how to balance gratitude for remission with the uncertainty of not knowing what the future holds.

Learn the emotional impact of living with a cancer history, why uncertainty is a common experience after treatment, and strategies survivors use to regain their health, confidence and focus on what matters most. https://bit.ly/4rlUXvc
