An entire town must be relocated to make way for the expansion of one of Europe’s largest iron ore mines. To preserve historically important buildings, heavy transport specialists from Mammoet attempt an extraordinary engineering operation: moving entire houses weighing up to 210 tons across narrow roads and steep terrain.

Using massive transport platforms and precision lifting systems, each structure is carefully raised, secured, and transported piece by piece to its new location. But despite months of planning, the relocation of the town’s most iconic villa becomes a high-risk challenge where balance, timing, and precision are critical.
