He describes experiencing extreme financial and litigation abuse throughout the court process, including the removal of custody without, what he believes was "sufficient cause."

      A NEW COURT DATE for James which is set to be heard on September 30th, 2026 at 9:00an PST before Judge Cindy Mayfield on the 2nd floor of Superior Court of San Mateo County. This father is requesting that he is allowed to have her ashes for a funeral and have a final destination resting place where others can go to grieve. James Johnson is asking for in-person court watchers and/or on Zoom.
