Prime Minister Mark Carney says Canada is NOT looking to join the EU. Instead, he wants a “unique alliance” with Europe, at a time when our trade relationship with the United States is becoming increasingly uncertain. What would EU membership actually mean for Canada. Moshe Lander, senior lecturer in economics at Concordia University, spoke to Andrew Carter.
