School bus engulfed in flames minutes before student pickup
Published 2 weeks, 5 days ago
Description
A school bus erupted into flames on Illawarra Crescent in Malaga, Perth's north, just minutes before it was due to collect students from Ballajura Community College for an excursion. The driver escaped unharmed and attempted to fight the fire, but the vehicle was completely destroyed. Fire crews determined an engine fault at the rear of the bus sparked the inferno.
