Kendra Weber, a Kings County Superior Court judge, has been charged with misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence for the death of bicyclist Bryan Leroy Garcia in a September 2025 crash near Hanford. The charge was filed by the California Department of Justice after a year-long investigation. Prosecutors emphasize that the charge is an allegation, and Weber is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
