Episode Details

Two teens, 16 and 17, face serious charges after allegedly breaking into Perth Zoo, trespassing, and brutally attacking a 4-meter, 400-kilogram crocodile named Dangalabba—using a metal pole. Once a notorious wild croc from Darwin Harbour, Dangalabba is now a captive predator with a dangerous reputation: unpredictable, untamable, and capable of exploding in fury. Handlers warn that even in captivity, these ancient killers grow bolder—and the teens are lucky they’re alive. Police call it a miracle they’re in court instead of the morgue. The zoo says Dangalabba’s injuries are minor, and he’s back to sunbathing. This reckless act serves as a chilling reminder: don’t mess with nature’s apex predators—even when they’re behind bars.
