Céline Dion is back on stage in Paris, and for those of us here in Quebec, it’s an incredibly emotional moment. After years away from performing, Céline opened her Paris residency Saturday night in front of 30,000 people. Quebec guitarist Jeff Smallwood, who is performing with her throughout this run, spoke to Andrew Carter.
