Who did I write my first book, “Me, you, and everything in between”, for and why?

I never dreamed of writing a book. The idea grew out of real life: my own relationship, my work with people, and a personal question - why do some relationships end not because love is gone, but because we simply don’t know how to move forward together? More and more often, people also asked me where they could find practical material to help them better understand themselves and their relationships.

In this short episode, I share the story behind my book and why I wanted to create something simple, practical and genuinely useful.

Today, the book has already reached thousands of people - leaders, team members, young adults, older generations, people in relationships and those who are single.
