Icahn exits, Buffett enters, Whither Apple? The Big Name Investor Effect
Description
As investors, you are supposed to value companies, compare these values to prices and make your own valuation judgments. That said, you are exposed to and affected by big name investors making their own judgments about the companies that you invest in. Should your decision to buy a stock be changed by Carl Icahn selling that stock or should your judgment that a company is over valued be altered by Warren Buffett buying shares in that company? I explore the balance between faith and feedback in this session.
