Welcome to The Mediumship Sessions — a new regular Soul Sync series with Jason Paul and medium Donna King.

Spirit guides.

Who are they? Does everybody have them? Do they really have names? How do we know when they are around — and how do we distinguish their influence from our own thoughts, imagination, expectations or ego?

Donna shares her extraordinary experience of being aware of her guides from early childhood, including the deeply emotional period when that communication became quieter and she had to learn not to rely upon them for every answer.
