Atlanta Falcons’ coaching blunders take center stage after Cooper Rush’s struggles in a disappointing Week 1 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Is it time for Jack Strand, the people’s quarterback, to step into the spotlight? Aaron Freeman scrutinizes Tommy Rees’ play-calling, criticizing the lack of play-action and unimaginative screen usage, while questioning Kevin Stefanski’s quarterback decisions and the staff’s overall accountability.

Explore a more diverse Falcons run game fueled by Bijan Robinson and Brian Robinson, while highlighting concerns on short-yardage efficiency and the need for a true fullback. On defense, Jeff Ulbrich’s unit shines with a 45% pressure rate and standout play from Za'Dariu Smith, while the secondary's increased use of man coverage can't hide breakdowns in zone. Special teams breakdowns, including limited touches for return ace Zachariah Branch, add to Atlanta’s woes heading into a must-win matchup against the Carolina Panthers.
