Today didn’t unfold exactly how I planned. Between supporting my mom through a procedure, navigating workers in the house, liberating a cat, recording this podcast and trying to get my workout in, everything got a little bunched up. So, I’m talking about staying flexible when life starts lifing, having backup plans, finding different ways to care for yourself, and remembering that showing up is enough for now.
