The Final Cup on WMOV (9/15/26)
Published 3 weeks, 4 days ago
Description
Dave Miller hosts the Final Cup on WMOV. In this episode, we hear Tom Susman's interview with Mason County Commissioners Chris Johnson and Sam Niebert on clean up and the opening of a disposal site for Mason County residents to drop off items damaged from the recent floods.
Dave also shares a story from wvmetronews.com on the West Virginia Legislature in their interim meetings once again discussing Raylee's Law, a bill that would prevent any student that is the subject of a CPS investigation from being pulled from public school to be home schooled. The bill has been introduced in each legislative regular session since 2019, but is yet to pass.
And Dave talks with T.J. Meadows of Metro News about his recent commentary called 'Let Kids Fail' and his thoughts on the Raylee's Law discussion.
