Oregon's 2026 Season at an Inflection Point Following Oklahoma State Loss
Description
ScoopDuck's Max Torres and Nate Bishop weight in on where Oregon goes from here following a shocking road loss to Oklahoma State in Week 2.
Just two games into the season, the disaster that was the Oklahoma State game has Oregon fans and media alike reevaluating expectations for the Ducks in 2026. This team looks nothing like it did in 2025, despite returning a huge swath of players, none more important than quarterback Dante Moore.
Oregon gets a softball tuneup game against Portland State at home this week, but no result will inspire any sort of confidence against an FCS opponent.
It's hard not to look ahead to the USC game at the end of the month, as that looks like it could very well determine if Oregon can find its identity and right the ship as Big Ten Play gets underway.
