Hana Moll On Her Runner-Up Pole Vault Finish At World Ultimate Championships + How She's Built Her Confidence | Live From Budapest

Published 3 weeks, 3 days ago
Description

Hana Moll joins Chris Chavez and Kyle Merber in Budapest fresh off her runner-up finish at the World Ultimate Championships. She talks about how she managed to keep her momentum going through her long season, including competing five times in less than a month, and why she chose to skip USAs for a month-long training block instead.

She also opens up about learning just how much her body can handle, the importance of rest and recovery, and trusting her coaches when it comes to peaking for the biggest competitions.

Since she's still an NCAA athlete, Hana also discusses why she values academics and wants to build a life that isn't completely dependent on sport. Plus, she talks about balancing school with life on the professional circuit, why having friends and a strong community makes constant travel easier, her finance major, staying connected with her sister while competing around the world, and why she's looking forward to taking a break before turning her attention to 2027.
