Back to EpisodesIs It the End of the Line for Ozzie Albies and Reynaldo López? | Atlanta Braves Podcast
Description
After Atlanta’s loss to the Cubs, Lindsay Crosby argues Ozzie Albies’ poor recent production and declining defense make him a lineup liability, especially batting cleanup, and urges a lineup change and longer-term second base planning. He breaks down Martín Pérez’s extreme home/road splits, suggesting more changeups vs lefties on the road. He also discusses Reynaldo López heading to the IL with recurring shoulder issues, diminished velocity, and uncertain future with the Braves amid broader rotation concerns.
