Description
Police find a woman passed out behind the wheel in the middle of an intersection and quickly begin investigating whether she is impaired or experiencing a medical emergency. After refusing field sobriety tests and repeatedly arguing with officers, she eventually takes a breath test that comes back over the legal limit and is charged with DUI.
