Reward Offered for Nixon Murder Clues | Wilmington News
Description
Governor Josh Stein is offering a $25,000 reward to anyone with information that helps solve the murder of 31-year-old Don’Tae De’Charles Nixon, shot inside his car on Dec. 3, 2024, as he headed to his UPS job. Surveillance footage shows an armed person near Walnut Hills, close to the crime scene on Stoney Road in Castle Hayne—but no suspect has been identified. The community and Nixon’s family are desperate for answers. Authorities urge even the smallest tip to come forward—because sometimes it’s the little details that break the case. Contact New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office at 910-798-4260 or SBI at 919-662-4500. Justice for Don’Tae is the goal.
