Join Rob McConnell as he welcomes Betsy Muller, holistic coach, author, speaker and longtime practitioner and trainer of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), for an exploration of what she calls energy awareness. Betsy is the founder of The Indigo Connection LLC / Create and Connect Brilliantly and combines decades of conventional business experience with holistic approaches to emotional well-being, personal development and self-care. She is an EFT International Master Trainer and an accredited advanced EFT practitioner. Her interest in this field began after encountering EFT in 2001, eventually leading her away from a conventional corporate career and toward coaching, training and holistic wellness. Betsy is also the author of Energy Makeover: A Conscious Way to Stay Young, Have Fun and Get More Done!, which combines memoir with practical suggestions for improving balance, relationships, productivity and personal well-being. Her approach encourages people to become more aware of their emotional states and everyday habits while developing personalized self-care practices. Her later book, The Comeback: An Energy Makeover Love Story, recounts the extraordinary recovery journey that followed her husband George's sudden cardiac arrest and brain injury in 2017.
