WIIRE 087: 50 Flips by the Age of 26 with Dominique Gunderson
Description
Welcome back WIIRE listeners! We’re so excited to introduce you to our friend Dominique Gunderson, a full-time real estate investor who lives in Colorado Springs but invests in flips and BRRRR properties in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dominique has learned some amazing skills as an investor who works remotely, and we are so excited for her to share her expertise with you. Dominique has over 50 flips under her belt (at only 26 years old), and owns 7 long-term rental properties herself.
We are talking about…
- How and why she chose her market
- When it’s time to let contractors go
- Actionable tips for handling contractors going over budget
Dominique also shares where she finds her confidence (something we can all relate to!) and what a typical week looks like as a remote investor who flips up to 12 properties at once.
If you want to know more about Dominique and follow along with her journey, you can find her on Instagram.
Thanks for tuning in, friends!
