Hey friends! We are launching a new segment of the podcast and are excited for you to hear the first episode of it! While it doesn’t have an official title yet, we are lovingly calling it ‘Ask A&G’ because it is designed with the sole purpose of us taking all of your questions and answering them specifically (you may hear a shout-out with your first name even!). In these episodes, we’re offering advice on specific questions we see within our WIIRE Community Private Facebook Group, on Instagram, on Spotify, and even via email!

This week’s Ask A&G is focused on MTR rentals and a few of the questions we are answering are:

• What is your MTR visitor policy?
• How do you handle tenants who go over on utilities?
• I have an MTR that is available in 2 weeks but no inquiries. What can I do?
