Episode Details

Florida State Seminoles shake up the college football landscape with the firing of Athletic Director Michael Alford—are more seismic changes looming in Tallahassee? Brian Smith breaks down the fallout, questioning if head coach Mike Norvell is next on the chopping block and what this means for the embattled program’s future.

Key talking points include high-stakes decisions facing FSU’s leadership, potential roster instability in the transfer portal era, and the escalating importance of NIL and booster alignment. Brian Smith examines possible candidates for Athletic Director and head coach, the dire need for recruiting revitalization, and the immense pressure on President McCullough and the Board of Trustees. Can the Seminoles secure the right hires to ignite a turnaround, or will financial and administrative hurdles keep the team stuck in mediocrity? Don’t miss this candid, fan-driven analysis of Florida State’s uncertain path forward.
