Logline: Just as Izzy Lopez finally finds the money to chase her impossible Bollywood dream, Miles Pires Shah arrives with a revelation that changes everything — while the woman meant to teach Izzy how to dance faces the possibility of losing the legacy she spent forty years building.

Izzy Lopez has a problem: she needs £2,000 for Gloria Okafor’s dance lessons, and desperation leads her and Selina to a street book fair with one of her father Michael Lopez Campbell’s most treasured manuscripts. What begins as another questionable money-making scheme quickly becomes something far bigger when collectors realise exactly what Izzy has put up for sale — and Michael himself arrives to discover what his daughter has been doing in the name of love.
Then Miles Pires Shah appears carrying Izzy’s forgotten red scarf. The small romantic gesture feels like the breakthrough she has been hoping for — until another girl arrives, takes Miles’s hand and introduces herself as Dina, his girlfriend. Suddenly Izzy’s carefully constructed dream becomes considerably more complicated, forcing her to decide whether loving someone means chasing them at any cost or giving them room to make their own choices.
Meanwhile, Gloria’s world begins collapsing when former students publicly accuse her of bullying and toxic teaching methods. Her once-busy dance academy empties almost overnight, leaving Izzy to become the unlikely person trying to remind Gloria that forty years of changing lives cannot simply disappear because of one terrible morning.

And when Miles unexpectedly walks into the abandoned studio, Izzy discovers a connection between him, his mother Mira Shah and Gloria that she never knew existed. Miles was once Gloria’s student too — and as music finally returns to the empty room, Izzy begins to see another side of the boy she loves and another reason why dance means so much to him.
American Bollywood Episode 3 is an emotional love story podcast about disappointment, loyalty, unexpected connections and the people who show up when everyone else walks away.
