Almost every week a woman in my community tells me she is thinking about building an online membership, usually because she is tired, fully booked, and wondering if there is a way to build a business that does not need all of her.

In this episode I answer with my own week: Fridays off since before I made any money, a week off every month, and December off entirely. All of it made possible by running a membership.

I share the three reasons I would encourage any coach, creative or service provider to choose a membership over a course or one-on-one work, why one offer means one message and one funnel, and how a single live webinar launch a few times a year can replace sales calls and a sales team entirely.
