LIVE CLASS: If anxiety, fear, or overthinking shows up every time you try to imagine, you do not need to fight it, make it leave, or wait for your mind to be perfectly calm. This teaching presents a practical Neville Goddard approach to practicing imagination alongside anxiety: understanding fear as a protective reaction (the ""dog in the yard""), keeping imaginal scenes small, focusing on the feeling of relief from the end, and practicing for just one felt minute at bedtime without resistance. You will learn why fighting fear only amplifies it, how to avoid impressing the state of struggle, what to do when fear arises during the day, and a week-by-week perspective on how persisting in the fulfilled state makes the practice natural. The video includes a simple bedtime exercise designed specifically for anxious minds, showing how to enter the desired state even when fear is present in the room. For structured guidance on observing reactions, self-concept, and inner states without judgment, continue with our 21-day self-observation program.Like this video and subscribe to Gnostic Library for more long-form teachings inspired by Neville Goddard.#NevilleGoddard #LawOfAssumption #Imagination #OvercomingAnxiety #GnosticLibrary: : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : : This interpretation of Neville Goddard's message comes from my own life experience: I’ve spent 25 years exploring, applying, and living his teachings.
