With nearly 45 years of leadership experience in hospitality, facilities, and venue management, Traycee Mayer has devoted her career to developing leaders and lifting others toward their full potential. As a certified executive coach, she combines coaching and facilitation with another lifelong passion: travel photography. One powerful photograph features a steep historic stairway inside Diamond Head crater on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. Reached near the end of a demanding hike, the stairs are so steep that climbers may feel as though they are pulling themselves upward with their hands. For Traycee, this challenging ascent carries an empowering message: “You are ready to take it on and succeed with enthusiasm. You’ve got this.” Although an easier route now winds around the crater, the original stairway remains a fitting symbol of courage, determination, and the willingness to embrace the difficult path.
