Jones and Simko Arrested in Meth Bust | Wilmington News
Description
In a major crackdown, Columbus County deputies raided a home on Chair Factory Road, seizing stolen goods, a firearm, and suspected methamphetamine — all returned to their owners. The bust led to the arrest of Jonathan Jones, 38, already out on bond for other charges, who was caught again just days earlier during a traffic stop where meth and paraphernalia were found. Now facing multiple new charges including drug trafficking, firearm possession by a felon, larceny, and conspiracy, Jones is joined by Teresa Simko, 43, arrested at the scene — the driver in the August traffic stop who allowed a vehicle search and now faces similar drug and fraud charges.
