IM Christian Classics - All Things New - Chapter 7 - The Cross and the Serpent
Description
Chapter 7 – The Cross and the Serpent
In Chapter 7 of All Things New by Jessie Penn-Lewis, titled “The Cross and the Serpent,” we are invited to see the victory of Christ over the power of the enemy.
Jessie helps us understand that through His death, Jesus defeated the one who held the power of death and broke the dominion of darkness. The Cross is not only the place of forgiveness, but the place of triumph. In Christ, the believer is brought out from the power of the serpent and into the freedom and victory of the risen Lord.
May this episode strengthen your faith in the finished victory of Christ and help you walk in the freedom He has won — immeasurably more.
