Episode Details

A group of approximately a dozen Woolworths employees visited independent IGA supermarkets in Crawley and Nedlands, Western Australia, conducting what appeared to be market research. Security footage captured the workers examining products, taking photographs of store displays, and observing pricing in behaviour described by IGA owners as intimidating. The incident occurred near a new Woolworths location set to open later this year, with the supermarket giant acknowledging the visit and stating they are reviewing the conduct with team members.
