Final Thoughts Heading Into No. 6 Oregon vs. Oklahoma State
Description
ScoopDuck's Max Torres and Justin Hopkins return to give their final thoughts ahead of Oregon's Week 2 matchup against the Oklahoma State Cowboys in Stillwater.
Dan Lanning is on the cusp of his 50th career win at Oregon this weekend, which would tie him for the fourth-most in program history. Dante Moore looks for another strong outing after a career day against Boise State. Will the defense dominate and force some takeaways?
Oklahoma State lost their starting left tackle for the season to injury, which could mean quarterback Drew Mestemaker is in for a long day. Oregon's offensive line rotation continues to be a key item of note heading into Saturday's kickoff, and fans are hoping to see more of the new freshmen and transfer portal additions hit the field.
The Ducks are three-score favorites, but we still have a game to play. It's gonna be a hot one and Oklahoma State fans will show up in droves for their home-opener, the first game in Stillwater under new head coach Eric Morris.
