Another day after the Lindsay Clancy murder mistrial for Clancy having strangled to death her three small children—5-year-old, 3 year-old , and 8-month-old –and another juror interview and reveal.
It turns out the single holdout for a guilty on the jury was also the single juror who was a black male—indeed, the sole juror who was black, period.
We also have the court filing by Clancy defense counsel Kevin Reddington demanding that his client be granted double jeopardy protection from a second trial, despite this first trial having resulted in a mistrial.
