Mother Helped Stranger, Got Assaulted | Perth News
Description
A mother stopped to help a stranger on a regional highway—only to be violently assaulted and have her car stolen with her seven-month-old baby still inside. Miraculously, the infant was found unharmed nearby and reunited with her mom, who suffered minor injuries. The stolen Holden Commodore was later recovered in bushland, leading to the arrest of a 51-year-old man on bail, facing ten charges including carjacking, child endangerment, and assault. He’s already appeared in court and is scheduled to return on December second—justice may finally catch up in this chilling tale of good intentions gone horribly wrong.
