Juliann earned her bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Massachusetts and her master's degree in Training and Development from Lesley University in Cambridge. She is a coach and an expert in leadership program design and delivery with broad work experience in industries such as technology, banking, consumer goods, retail and finance.

Juliann designed, delivered and launched Monster.com's first global Management Development Program for high-potential leaders and trained and coached participants in their newly created MBA executive program. She also developed global leadership programs at Aspen Technology and founded her own leadership and coaching company.
