മുന്മന്ത്രി പി.എ.മുഹമ്മദ് റിയാസ് 20.5 കോടിയുടെ അനധികൃത സ്വത്ത് സമ്പാദിച്ചെന്നും അതില് ഒരു ഭാഗം ഹവാല ഇടപാടിന് ഉപയോഗിച്ചെന്നും ഇ.ഡി. ടി.വീണയുടെ ഡയറിയിലെ ഏഴ് പേജുകളില് പണം കൈമാറ്റത്തിന്റെ വിവരങ്ങളുണ്ടെന്നും വീണയും റിയാസിന്റെ സുഹൃത്തുക്കളും ഇടപാട് സമ്മതിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെന്നും ഡി.ജി.പിക്ക് നല്കിയ കത്തില് അവകാശപ്പെട്ടു.
