Evening Edition: 9/11 Victims Families Want Declassified Answers on the Terror Attacks

Lawyers and approximately 10,000 family members of 9/11 victims represented by groups like '9/11 Justice' plan to use newly uncovered evidence including declassified FBI files, UK intelligence records, and videos to make the case that the Saudi government should be held accountable for their alleged role in the 9/11 terror attacks under the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act (JASTA). The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in lower Manhattan will hear oral arguments for the first time on Oct. 7th that connect the men in those videos to the Saudi government and its intelligence services, as well as the horrific attacks of that day.
FOX’s Tonya J. Powers speaks with Brett Eagleson, President of '9/11 Justice', who explains what newly uncovered evidence, combined with information that has been around for years, should be shared with family members of victims of the terror attacks.
