HSE fined €645k for data breaches as paper records destroyed by mould

Description
Paper records soiled by animal droppings, destroyed by mould and rotting from water damage. That’s what Data Protection Commission investigators found when they inspected HSE storage sites. Dale Sutherland from the Data Protection Commission, outlined the details of the investigation. We also get a responce from Joe Ryan, Chief Risk Officer with the HSE.
